thanks for your support in making this video to help. We also hope we can have your support again in both subscribing to our new account and helping us to spread the word that we are back. We are hoping to regain the lost ground due to the suspension. Thanks again

Ye also Ytask nees to b ban its created by a pedo called DJ who 1 is a pedo and 2 trys to steal money from kids. check the Ytask exposed video. Galipoka and jesari were huge contrubters to youtube with 1000s of veiws and showed kids they can make videos. now they ban kids even if a parent is the owner they dont like any undr 13 year olds. they may asweell jsut make youtube OLDTimers tube.

Pride is sometimes hard to swallow, however it would allow YouTube to keep its reputation among thos users that don't hold grudges. At this point the only reason I can see for the accounts not yet being returned is that there is poor internal communication.

Oh, and before anyone slams me about what I just wrote, I want to say that I'm simply describing the Terms of Service (TOS) as it is written. I absolutely DO NOT agree with banning/suspending Jesari, YTU, or any of the other kids who were simply underage at the time they started posting their vids. Google and YouTube have plenty of less harsh remedies that don't include terminating an entire account.

I wish it was the way you describe it. Problem is, TOS is written with regard to "users," and there's no mention of who owns, or actually sets up, the account. So if GooTube believes an underage person is the "user" of the account, even in the past, they can declare a TOS violation. Makes no difference if a parent set up the account.I'm not saying I agree with this, but you can take a look at TOS for yourself to see what I mean. |
