the early 1990's, democracy failed in russia because there was no rule of law, under yelstin, corrutipon was huge. corrupt judges,politicans,state scurity services,and stealinmg of state assets. nothing has changed under putin with his control of the media.....he says russia is great and back and people will believe him as long as its better then before and sacrifice accountbility. but is that case? is he telling the truth? or another scam artist. |
