Sounded like good times, I am not that old and where I live most people like the pop and rap and crap but I can not stand it, not the only one who can't but there are few of us that don't like it I have been playing the banjo for about a year and a half grew up listing to bluegrass and "country" myself I still listen to both but when some "shit" comes on the "country" station I turn it off!!

It just really bothers me that Country music was ruined. I used to listen to Bill Monroe, Hank Williams, Flatt and Scruggs and so many other greats sitting at my grandmothers knee. She had one of the old console record players that took up the whole wall, great memories.

Thank GOD someone elese hates "pop shit" but that is just about what country is going to. I love the bluegrass and good old country and I bet if more people would listen to the good old music we would have less crime and murders in the world!! And again mabe not!!

Just think...Country music used to have an identity of it's very own! Unlike the pop shit they play today.Hank Williams and Bill Monroe would vomit blood at todays "Country"
