Li then began "hacking" at the body and eating pieces of it.Li immigrated to Canada in 2001, says the Globe and Mail, continuing when he was arrested, he was carrying a plastic bag containing a human nose, ear and part of a mouth, believed to be McLean's.

Well, I don't think people take the time to think about WHY School Shootings happen. Obviously, bullying and racism play a huge roll in the reason they happen. I'm not saying what the shooters do is right, but it's an only resort to deal with what they go through.Honestly, think twice about bullying. We all know what could happen, from previous and horrifying events.
