Wow... have you ever heard of the spell check button? I agree the 13B is an awesome engine but why hate on others attempting something different like and LS7 or LS1 swap?

I wouldn't call it a waste. I would not put a LS engine or any V8 in either of my RX7's, but I am not making a straight line machine. If they are building the car for drag racing that is a great chassis and the right engine for the job. You can make the same power out of a 13b-rew or a 20b-rew but its cheaper to do it with the LS and weight balance wont matter.
