I remember when this first came out in '86... MTV used bits of the song for commercials, but I saw the complete video only once. The scene from 2:05 to 2:23 just blew my mind. I kept watching MTV hoping to catch it again but I never did... until 20 years later! Thank you, YouTube! :-)

Cabaret Voltaire were influenced by Kraftwerk and started the techno-revolution,listen to their early 90's albums,the ones with the 808 drums and analog synths.
