They shouldn'e signed Yalta Agreement with Russia before war ends. Yalta let the Russian take 1/2 of Europe. After atomic bomb it would be much better position for Brits and US to sign any agreements on better terms.

Those who participated in the uprisings in the ghettos had a far higher survival rate than those who went along, submitting the entire time, towards their own death.Keep that in mind over the next 10 years...

So once it already started, the allies were to late. They couldnt have liberated Poland, but this doesnt mean they couldnt have prevented it. If they had acted when they were still more powerfull then Germany maybe they could have prevented WW2. BTW when was Poland liberated?After all, its "liberator" Russia, was the one that attacked Poland together with Germanny in the beginning of the war! And they were just as roughtless as the germans were.

No Wasn't giving a statemant about how the allies could have liberated Poland, I just gave a reminder on how the balences were, but because you seem to be so eager to know my view on freeing Poland i will give it.The Allies let Hitler get away with every offence of the versaille traity (I havent given my opinion on this treaty) he took back Elsar Lotharingen and Sudeten Deutschland, the let the army, navy and airforce grow out of proportions.
