I am tring to do the splits, I've done that exercise when you open your legs and stretch out your arms only that but I still need to do more of those exercise my question is, How can I do to hear the left bone (of the pelvis, if I am not mistaken with the name and part of the body) do the "crack" the only one that I hear is the right one and when I try to do the split (slide down with my right leg on front) my front leg is straight but the other leg it kind of twist, what can I do?.

i'm 15. i can do the left front split. still trying the right and then will proceed to middle. thanks for the tips!

Certainly isn't too late, and generally most people find front splits easier
