yeah i've seen better roads up there but they are all still just a 'road'. its a fun road for what it is and there is a little bit of civilization within reach. i haven't been up there since, not really the greatest riding if you consider the attention.

I live not far from there, it's way over rated it's not the only twisty two lane road around here just the most famous. I can think of a lot more fun roads to ride that have way less problems with cops. Local cops really have no jurisdiction & should not even be on it, it's also a federal road & state troopers have no right to be on it either.

An 06 FZ1, stock everything. Have an 07 CBR1000 track bike with lots more ground clearance. That was the limiting factor on the FZ1 at that pace. Still have the FZ1 but a motard will probably be my next Gap bike. |
