ok well I finally got Elements 6 so thought I'd revisit this video, what I'm struggling with his to make the background of the image transparent - is there a set command for that?

excellent video, I have used keyframes for a while, the interesting thing for me was looking at how you deleted the background of the anvil image. and it is amazing what you can do with such a simple technique, a did a series of 'Evening With...' videos (playlist on my channel page), the intro animation was done just using the text editor in Adobe Premiere and then moving the images with keyframes
