Colder climate means more drought. Ohio University found that. And, sadly, the climate is getting colder. Arctic sea ice got a MASSIVE increase, 13% over 1 year ago. Antarctic sea ice has been near record size, The sun in August 2008 was virtually spotless, only a tiny hole that many do not call sunspot. The magnetic field of the sun is low since October 2005. Very likely more cooling. NASA Hathaway now agrees the sun is not "normal". A Little Ice Age may be coming.
