I think they both did, Strummer the intro and it was mostly Jones throughout the song.

Is not. But it's not especially good, either. It's just catchy. And yeah, I agree, Joe does use his voice to better effect. Like the beginning of clampdown. Mick does usually sings a bit higher.

1-2 Crush on you is the worst! but this is a work of soul genius. They do Split vocals a lot as well like on White Man, Something about england, clampdown, death or glory, spanish Bombs. he has a much better voice then joe but joe uses his voice to better effect. Mick tends to add melody to the unison singing. i love Pauls songs, especially Crooked Beat.
