The only part Jackie Harris played in the career of "Snap!" was being in the "Power" video. Penny couldn't do it, Jackie (who is Turbo's cousin) agreed to step in. She was never meant to be a perm replacement. Both Jackie and Penny got props for what they did.

Jackie Harris is Turbo's cousin. She was in the power video because Penny didnt want to do it though it is Penny Ford's voice. Penny stayed with SNAP! for quite a while before Janice Robinson briefly replaced her before Thea Austin came in. Penny did get props for her contribution.
