ive got the one thats just called the ZEN and my sister has a v +. hers keeps freezing but mine works brilliantly and has more than enough (16) gbs of memory fo films and music

i have the orange and white one. it sucks! i can only add one playlist on mine and i don't know why. if the zen v is soooo great like everyone says, then i should be able to add at least be able to add more than one playlist. & everytime i want to add more songs, it makes me reformat the entire thing. my suggestion: don't buy it because it's worth nothing at all. save your money.

I had the white and orange 1gb one... the joy stick was cracked halfway when I took it out of the box, but I thought it was part of the design haha; eventually the joy stick broke off, but fortunately I did a straight exchange for another one. This one I've had for only 6 months, it's starting to freeze up once in awhile and the battery life is not very long anymore even if I recharged it to it's fullest (used to handle 3+ days, now only 1 day at full charge)-plus the batteries cant be changed.

your right mine doesn't want to turn on anymore and when i connect it to the computer nothing happens. The Zen V SUCKS!!!!!DO NOT BUY IT
