Just speaking on what you commented on.. the pastor should'nt have to address the congregation on his family problems.you also have to realize that his son is human just like anyone else.

Lets be clear here, nobody is argueing that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is not taught in the bible, IT IS! The bible also speaks of the 'infilling of the Holy Spirit' but pentacostals seem to confuse the two works of the Spirit. This might surprise you, but the Holy Spirit has many ministries, also the apostles had the Holy Spirit before the day of Pentacost already. The were regenerated believers. Many though were not in that upper room, which is why Peter say what he says.

Pentacostalism has to be discerned by what the bible states as fact doctrinally speaking, and pentacostals dont pass the doctrinal test. 1 Corinthians 12:13 For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one Spirit. There it is the verse that condemns pentacostalism and their fake baptism of the Holy Spirit doctrine.

If you fear God you will stay away from pentacostal ignorance, that is a fact.
