Its actually a tattoo. You can't see it very well cos of youtube's poor quality. Even in HD TV me and my friends had trouble making out whether it was a tatt or a bruise. HOWEVER, his thigh was still battered...it was swollen and red, and probably matched the colour of his tatt a day or two after the fight lol.

Wow...you really should get your eyes checked buddy. Anyway I watched this live on PPV, and that slip should have been a down. No matter, Masato dominated the fight from start to finish. He's hungry for his 2nd Max belt, and I hope he gets it :)
