Thats relative, not every animal is happier in the wild, some humans for example, wouldnt survive 5 min in the wild, just like some animals. Some premium stallions have better treatment then we both. They loose their freedom at some point, but win safety and food. If you treat then with respect, give then enougth area, they could be even happier indoors. Even we humans have to face the eternal dilema freedom X safety at some point of our lifes.

Um NO! there meant to be in the wild they survive and die just like all the others. ZOos should only rescue orphans or hurt so bad to the point of death.Why tortured them in a small enclosure than letting them run free feeling the different weathers. Huh you answer me that!Zoos are horrible those animals have no were to go there just trapped in a small area that's why there all fat cuz they cant even run. I mean let the lions have the turkeys place for gosh sacks!
