i just punched used the wrist one and brought someone down then punched them in the throat and this saved me against someone alot bigger then me!!

Very nice I will add you to my favorite so the world can see. It only works if a master does it instantly fast and unimaginative to counter it in fast speed for 5 minutes that is what the world is not ready for that is just part of it secret.
