This is the belt for 2nd gup. For me this was the senior red belt form.

mmmmm, Timing of movement seem spot on but some of his blocks/kicks are drifting away from their practical aplications. body blocks should protect body and face kicks should kick face ect.

Last month I passed my test for 2nd gup/WTF (red belt, one black stripe). While this video is helpful, the front kicks are completely different, compared to my training. A front kick is to go in to the target/opponent, not up. The kicks shown here are comparable to a field-goal, where as a kick in to an opponent would stop them cold.Strategically, I prefer my front kick.
