Very unhelathy training, looks like you don't care about your back. Get it right :-)

The heart is there. Great!Chin should be up during push ups. Body is wild, uncontrolled. Too much momentum. This is a prescription for injury.

If you are trying to build size, I would opt for some of the slower ME focused workouts like the monster set, or the 4 sets by 12 reps circuit. You could incorporate a workout like this one twice a week keeping the weights like and using it more for endurance training while lifting heavy and slower 2-3 other days

I am not a big fan of kettlebells for lots of reasons. First, there is nothing you can do with a kettlebell that you cant do with a dumbbell. Second, I have never really heard anyone make a strong argument for their advantage. and last they are a lot more expensive than dumbbells. It is only my opinion, but I seriously cannot thing of valid reason for thei use over a traditional DB.

Why don't I see any use of kettlebells in any of your videos? How many times a week do you do ME training while doing regular weight training to build lean muscle mass?

I could not disagree more. We have discussed this in other areas on this video and while form in certain workouts (i.e. for power, hypertrophy is good) we are trying to challenge the body in awkward and disordered ways to simulate a fight......i.e., what is the proper form to pick someone up and slam them o the mat? You need to be strong and flexible and resilient in all areas and you cant develop that unless you challenge the body in this way.
