What are the spices that you put in this dish ? I caught Sumac and Seven Spices (which is a blend of spices) but could not understand the name of the middle one.

Thank you for the comment, I try to make my recipes as easy as possible for my viewers, I do know that there are more traditional ways, but when you can take a shortcut but keep the taste the same then I take that route so that my viewers find it easier and less challenging. But my ingredients and recipes are very authentic in taste and flavor.

sometimes i find ur recipes semi-authentic..as u dont skin the chick peas for hummos..BUT THIS WAS EXCELLENT..I am of middle eastern descent too and use the 7 spices for this dish..the sumac though i had never tried with it..it was excellent..and cooking and shaping part was very very helpful in making this my best kafta yet..thank you
