A knockdown is when you punch your opponent and he gets up before the 10 count. A knockout is when you knock him the fuck out...And he has no chance of getting up. A technical Knockout is when you're beating the shit out of your opponent and either the Ref or Doctor stops the fight..That's pretty much the difference.
