man this mate is ture seriously cause i have lived all my life in sharjeh. i know about this stuff. my dad works in a company which Palestinian is the manager + a local guy off course Iranian originally, the only reason my dad still works in it because he is Iranian and the other office and engineers that donno shit about anything r Palestinians. anyways racist is when u go to a grocery horn a car and ask the indian guy to get u something. trust me obaidkarki u have done it i have done it too...

Very interesting and truthful observation. We have this sort of thing even in Canada where members of one of the ethnic groups mentioned only employ members of their own ethnic group. Instead of using the word "racist" shouldn't we call it "ethnocentrist" in that they only promote their own ethnic group even though they may belong to the same race? I have great respect for your inteligence, analysis and courage. Keep up the good job and 5 stars form me. Warm love from Canada.

In Nigeria, the Lebanese are a large population, they employ only Lebanese except low pay jobs.They treat Nigerians like sh&t.In Nigeria, when we want to say you are exploiting people, we say, you use people like the Lebanese.We also have this problem in Nigerian govt where people are mainly employed by who they know, we call it man know man, or connection, thats why Nigerian system works below capacity
