denn schick' es mir! ich bin neugierig. Kopecký war kein Singer sondern ein brillanter Schauspieler. Er hatte aber die Maniodepressive Psychöse und darum seine Leistung war nicht immer so genial...Und das rollende R ist ein fenomän für die Deutschen - für uns nicht. (Nur für die jenige die es nicht aussprechen können, wie z.b. Havel usw.).

Ich finde es nicht schön! Würdest du das Original kennen, würdest du mich verstehen! Wenn du willst, kann ich -wem es interessiert-dir das Lied von Brecht selbst gesungen schicken. Brechts Singsang und das rollende R ist göttlich. Das sage nicht ich, sondern die gesamte deutsche Sekundärliteratur.

I remember him very well as one of the most interesting actors (Dr. Strosmajer)in "Nemocnice na kraji mesta" (Das Krankenhaus am Rande der Stadt), which was also very popular in Germany.

Pan Kopecky byl gigantem nasi kinematografie a televizni tvorby a i kdyz nebyl profesionalnim zpevakem, jeho podani "Mack the Knife", v prekladu pana Sucheho, je naprosto strhujici. Jen se mi zda skoda, ze tam montovali ty zenske, ktere tomu kazi atmosferu :(S tim nazorem, ze by si pan Kopecky ziskal filmovy svet, s tim se neda jinak, nez souhlasit a stejne tak by oslnil i pan Hrusinsky starsi, ktery by dodatecne zaslouzil Cenu Akademie za Spalovace mrtvol (ale to je zas z jineho soudku).

Kdyby se pan Kopecký narodil o pár set kilometů západněji, případně rovnou za louží, tak má dneska deset oskarů a hvězdu na chodníku slávy.Naskakuje mi husí kůže, když tenhle klip vidím...

I'd informed me at Wikipedia about Kopecky and discovered that this actor played roles in Pan Tau and Šest medvědů s cibulkou (the title in Germany was "6 bears with onion"). I grew up in the 70ties and at this time there was a lot of czech series in german broadcast. This TV-Series for kids were very popular.
