i'm dutch, and i've got english like 5 times a week.. i play english video games, i always watch movies in english with dutch subtitles.. We get english from our 9th year

.. Swedish has the largest fluent english speakers in the world ( not native tounge ) per capita. They have english lessons about 3 times a week from they r like 6 years old. And Sweden is overwhelmnd by American n Uk culture in media , music and television
