I know the man is playing music heard on the Pa's of the railway stations and trains but why is he there. Has he recorded the tunes and is selling CD's, is that his stall at that table to his left?

lol these short tunes are used at Train Stations on JR lines. Right before the train is about to depart, these little tunes are played, signaling that the doors are closing.Each station has different tunes. |
