Yes because there is no way that if his invention worked that rich oil companies would try to pay him to keep it quiet. And failing that there's no way those oil companies could pay of a judge (or jury) and the doctor who performed the autopsy.

If Stan is in Ohio, then how come he cant get a narrator that does not talk funny? What's with the British accent? Wauta instead of water? And how come all the brilliant scientists of the world could not "fracture" water like Stan, in bumfuk Ohio did on his shoestring 5th grade education?
