Only difference is that Fukuda CAN direct racing and Super Robot shows without fan bashing being an influencing factor.

If you meant Kira from Gundam SEED/Destiny this series Gear Fighter Dendoh is actually created by the two people who made Gundam SEED/Destiny if you check it out on Wikipedia.

The Evangelion manga was planned and being made both about 2 months before the anime and ran during it. The only "alternate story" is that the pilot of the eva 3 dies.

Hmm, Newtype USA once called Gundam Seed "the past, present and future of anime". Not that you would expect such a publication to be in any way biased... :)
