Mostly right, and good on ya for being aware. Most "bears" in the gay community also have a certain amount of "fur," be it body hair, beard, moustache, or some combination of the three. Bellies are common, but you find pretty much any body type in the bear community outside of the skinny "club boy" and "gym rat" looks that you see on things like Queer as Folk and Will and Grace. We're just regular guys that happen to be gay and a little fuzzy.
