The person said that they would yeild the right of way to a disabled person IF THEY HAD A SIGN. Well the problem with that is that a disabled person does not display any kind of sign, unless they are parking in a handicapped parking space.

A person can be disabled and use a Segway standing up. There are several VETs that have lost limbs in the war that have prosthetic legs and use a Segway. When they are on the Segway there is no way to tell that the are disabled. They look as normal as anyone else.

What if a person uses the segway instead of a wheelchair? Would you tell a person that is in a wheelchair to get up and walk? Some people do use the Segway as a mobilty aid. So when you see a person on a Segway don't assume that they are perfectly capable of walking.
