One other thing I find very amusing is the fact that it's proven the government has lost billions of dollars with no recolection or accountability of where it's gone!! Yet they expect you to be accountable for every penny you have with strict punishments if you can't. This is ok with Kandyassmoron, RetSquid,squonkstear, and orlofskye, they don't seem to have a problem with this as long as you keep paying your volunteer income tax.

Bootme21 is correct in saying the IRS is NOT a government agency! Kandyassmoron trys to sound intelligent with his bullshit ramblings of copying and pasting but once again he's proven wrong. If you look at the USC Title 31 chapter 3 is a list of Federal agencies actually created by law through Acts of Congress. You'll notice the IRS is NOT on that list. The IRS cannot claim to be a legitimate congressional agency. If it doesn't need to be listed here then why are all the rest listed there?

The IRS always has clearly been a part of the department of treasury, and all claims otherwise have been universally rejected by the courts.

Did you really mean: Diversified Metal Products, Inc. v. T-Bow Company Trust, Internal Revenue Service and Steve Morgan, 96-2 U.S. Tax Cas. (CCH) paragr. 50,437 (D. Idaho 1996)That's the case where the Courts ruled that the United States and not the IRS is the correct party. It said nothing about the IRS not being part of the US Government.You wouldn't know the correct citation considering you copied your response directly from a TP website.
