i agree that most of today's music sucks, but not all of it. check out anterior, their debut demo album was released june 2007, but the music is really good. search the song 'this age of silence'

Ministry makes really good industrial music, unfortunately there is not much such good music today. Like 10 to 20 years back there was much more of this kind of music. Personally I like Front 242 better but they are no longer making any music. Both Ministry and Front has always been special.
