This was the C minor of some two centuries ago. It's two keys lower than the present C minor.

Try searching on youtube for "Scharff VI or Pulling Out The Stops", it gives a nice explanation about how an 16th century organ works.. including explanation about the different stops and keyboards and pedals

To me the song has a haunting feeling always and makes me think about life. I too listen when I am sad and this song relfects the sad things in life to me as well...

los `pedales eran cortos porque nadie componia musica muy virtuosa para pedal, bach comenzó a darle al pedal partes importantes. Ergo, los pedales no necesitaban ser grandes.
