Ted is awesome but too damn egotistical to realize what he had in Derek. Ever noticed on the live recordings that Derek's vocals and guitar are way below Ted's? Ted can't sing a lick & hasn't had a singer to date that comes close to Derek.

Derek was the talent of the Ted Nugent Band...PERIOD!!!! Too bad Derek got hooked up with such a egomaniac! Derek...You PLAY BOY!!!!!

Who are you to say Derik never made it?
stevieandevie (January 25, 2008 at 12:23 am)
Maybe this is the reason, why Derek never made it. He´s too genuine and down to earth.

I had dinner with Paul and Derrick. The most down to earth, genuine people you will ever meet. What a treat!

Wouldnt it be great to be Paul Reed Smith and get to play with Derek St Holmes?

Derek St. Holmes, one of the best vocals ever.

Is it true Derek did the solo on 'Stranglehold' in the studio and that's why it's butchered by Nugent on 'Double Live Gonzo'? |
