No, it doesn't. I believe you haven't tried it. You wouldn't know. I did it for about 2 years until i quit on my own terms. My life was less stressful, fun, and I smoked it WITH my friends. Don't listen to media or your parents. Try it yourself and you will find the truth. It ruins no relationships, if it does then i feel bad for you because your bf/gf is an uptight bullshitter.
