New Engine Test.That is a procedure followed by some airliner company when they change a engine or after a D check. This will be done with only flight crew. This normaly for data gathering purpose for the certification after D check. In Asia Subang airport in kuala lumpur is used by major airliners for this purpose.

because its a touch and go, mainly used for training, basically they get to practice landing and taking off in a short period of time without stopping in a way

i think it might be a base - check for new crew members. They usually make a few approaches (VRF, IFR) and several "touch and go" which is used to training purposses

I think it is the preparation for the flight from taiwan--hongkong--mailand china. Taiwan goverment do not admit any flight from taiwan to mainland china directly. But any flight to the third place can be admitted. So the flight touch the ground & go...
