oddly enough, People are paying to have their heads frozen & revived later on when a cure can be found for their demise. Frankly .. I would rather be dead than live this way. I believe there is something better on after death .. If I'm wrong.. Well I guess I'll never know.

Cruel, stupid bloody idea to compare the torture of that poor dog to Terri's situation. The dog was AWARE - it suffered and continued living because the brain was being supplied with oxygenated blood. If it was aware and had an intact brain, then the only possible comparison to Terri's situation would conclude that *she was aware too.just wtf are we.

well those "humans" that brought her back to life are going to, and are in hell for this out of humanity thing
xxxkingjoexxx (August 26, 2008 at 5:09 am)
what they did to her is disgusting. how could you condemn someone to starvation?!?! thats torture! her parents must have been devestated. it must have been torture for them to watch their child starve to death. i hope everyone that ruled in favor of this, has nothing but horrible, agonizing pain and suffering in their pathetic, immoral lives.

your "god" killed her in 1990, you idiot.WE the humans forced her to stay 'alive'.
IcannotBelieveYou (August 22, 2008 at 2:09 am)
this video is comparing a dead dog, although made to still function, to a dead women (who also was being made - by a machine- to still function. yes she could blink and move hear head. But she didn't know her head from a penis!!she was dead in 1990!

yes they put animals even criminals to death quickly and humanly but that woman Terry Shavino suffered a long tortured slow death dying from thirst and starvation. I could not believe what they did to her, even denying her water by mouth. I was totally sickened by it as everyone should have been. You even give a plant some water.

I take the Southpark position on this, yes people should have the right to assisted suicide, but her husband's intentions were less than noble. Without a living will I couldn't make the decision on the case. Instead of people politicizing this, they should just look at it logically. I don't believe a spouse, or relative should try to speak for someone in this position, because the obviously don't know. |
