Hi -- Ive been to Varanassi and I can definately recomend it from the heart.The most amazing sunrises and sunsets especially if you go out in a boat for it. It will stay with me forever... Cities a a bit full on India so I tended to stick by the river, Everyones so friendly I feel so so humbled by the friendly people , Carefull of the bake beans and like the previous comment, young actors ! Got to get back !!!! so many memories :)

This is a wonderful trip to take-just be very careful of little girls who may try to get into the boat with you,especially if they carry bunches of flowers.You could end up paying dearly for every petal.
