Mathew didn't become their manager until they were dropped from their first label, and EVERY producer they worked with considered Beyonce to be the LEAD! A manager has no control over who sings!

That's false because b4 beyonce's daddy became the manager of destiny's child ,beyonce was already chosen as the lead vocalist in girls tyme.Even the vocal coach, who work with them at them start,mentioned that beyonce was the only one that came with that incredible voice and ears for chords.
