Yes, it's possible to do that shape with a few different kinds of units. I like the Penultimate units because they make a very clean shape.

hmm thats a nice soccer ball, isnt that possible with "Phizz" units? it takes more i think but its the same shape right

idk y ppl dont like to cut the paper. in order for it to be 'true' origami it also has to be one piece of paper. sssssooooo the cutting dosnt matter in modular origami :P Nice Vid Too

The big soccer ball requires pieces with different angles on each end. It's tricky, but you can figure it out. The angles are 60 and 72.5 degrees I think... not sure. I actually just eyeball it.

Read the web site in the video info and make 90-degree pieces and do a cube. |
