it appears to be soot from the exhaust on the right side (sorry, not nautical here), more like the exhaust system on a motorboat.interesting to see :)

Diar sir! Did you ever learn history?1. Ocean fleet is need only for islalnd impire2. 100 man on beach serve only one at sea (not manufatures of shps and weapon!!!)3. US is not islalnd impire, US has many other problems, so US Ocean fleet will die (I mean aviation carryers and supported ships - about 10 years- when did you introduce somthing new of this?) |
