ShortY2be16yes you can get pregnant even if the condom doesnt break. For example, if you touch your penis and then inserts it in her vagina, you may get her pregnant as the transparent substance contains sperm. Also, condoms aren't 100% safe, why would it be 98.2% safe then ? (:
