Well, Rob Van Dam and Dr. Dre dominate their crafts so well that it makes for a good name. In fact, I bet the good Doctor has about as many awesome songs as Mr. Monday Night has awesome matches.Maybe Dre by a tad.

Obviously RVD would win in a match with a legitimate outcome against HBK because look at the facts. HBK lost to Davairi for crying out loud while RVD beats everyone he's faced besides Undertaker, HHH, and Lashley. Rob Van Dam is the most underestimated wrestler in the history of the business.
