As has been said many many times already... great music will last forever. We're talking only 50 years, here... look at Beethoven, Bach... HUNDREDS of years after their works were written... and they're STILL great. Good lasts forever. Right... "American Idol"... good example... sure, there are some decent singers that have come from that show... but none are hardly anyone's "idols"... pretty sad when people care more about "Idol" than what's going on in the rest of the world.

OK, I'll give you that one... I'm certainly not a rap fan, but at least Kanye West isn't all "gangsta" and talking about killing cops and about bitches, ho's and homies... at least his stuff has a message to it. But music is more than just a message... music is melody, rhythm, a feeling you get each time you hear it...

The crap we hear these day's,we wont even care or,like you said,care to remember any of it!!Thank God!Look at those "american idol" winner's,they are NOWHERE to be found almost!
