On my guitar, a "drop D" capo from Kyser can be used as a partial. Just go into a guitar store and bring your guitar. Usually they'll let you check to make sure it's what you want because it makes it easier to make a sale.

I made the second response to this video. My capo is a standard one, I used a saw to make it partial. ;)

It is called a partial capo, I know that a brand called Kyser do them but I haven't got round to trying one myself yet. It can make for some very nice voicings.

We often get caught up in technical ability which obviously Andy has bags of, but that aside this is one of the easiest songs you could cover and in my mind one of the best, Its 1/4 ability and 3/4 the mind of a genius, just let the music take you away......

Very good point eh, I supose I was talking about technical ability. in my mind I was compairing Andy to guys like,,,Chet Atkins for example, or just traditional finger style players off all kinds in general and how to me "what Andys saying" seperates him from the rest no matter how technical they may be... |
