The bullet doesent tumble in order to stop it from penetrating the body, but to inflict more damage.

even so, half life made it look horrible, and it launched a huge grenade out of no where. but still, i think the mp7 is the COOLEST gun out there right now. and if i ever get a chance, i wanna get one...

I've heard all of that bullshit before, it's not news, to anyone. If the bullet travels fast enough to punch through that many panels of kevlar it's not gonna suddenly stop once it hits flesh. Even if the bullet does tumble at some point that doesn't mean it won't exit the body and enter another. A bullet tumbles because it meets resistance so it tips one way other, but that doesn't mean anything. It will just jack-knife instead of traveling straight.
