Half the bands from Rio that released their debut records in the 90's were formed by people who were in this show. I wonder if Manu Chao ever got told about this in his later visits to the city, now as a solo artist.I was there, and it was incredible. These days, I don't even pay any heed to Biafra's presence - what this band did that night was magical. I'm sure I'll never see so many different people enjoying themselves together like that night.
