trials riders run their tyres quite flat for grip, if you look carefully the tyre is just moulding around the railing at 1:09. so the wheel does not go through the railing.

from 1:07 keep clicking pause/play pause/play and just as it turns from 1:07 to 1:08 the wheel goes through the railing, also after that it goes through a rock :)
