You could benefit from some made to order type deals with restaurants but also bars. We don't have too many wine drinkers, sometimes we open a bottle for someone and no one orders it for the next couple days, thats a different bottle of wine, most times it goes to waste. I would definitely prefer the fresher, no opening bottles in the middle of a rush route... Plus it's only fair that we serve the wine the way the maker intended right.
