holy shit it looked like the pilots had a hard time with the crosswinds b 4 the landing. they shoulda landed on the east-west runway and they prolly wouldnt of had 2 get nailed from the side by that wind. great video tho.

You're tellin me. That's how they want to make money. I might as well had hoped off of Boston and got on a train to Providence. Im only like 30-60 mins away to Providence.

wow that flight no sense, y would an airline do that? i think southwest was coming to canada in october of 2008 or march of 09.

Don't get me wrong I like Southwest Airlines, but i chose Continental because it was cheaper and it least with the other airlines I didnt have to go to either Chicago or Detroit cuz that sort of out of my way. There was this stupid flight from American Airlines where they wanted me to fly from Toronto to Boston to Chicago to Providence. I'm like "wut the hell???" Thank god Southwest is in Providence and they are so much cheaper and so much funner. I can't wait for them to be in Canada w/ Westjet

i live about 30 minutes from newark but i chose to fly in/out of philadelphia bc of southwest airlines!!

1 hour flight? yes.drive? no. it takes about 3-4 hours from Providence to Newark. 5 hours max.and by the way, I was en route to Toronto. So Newark was my stopover.
